The Proteus^® Customer Returns module will allow the control and authorisation of returns or collections from any retail outlet or client for the control and subsequent analysis by customer, product, and reason code.
 
This module can work in conjunction with the E-Commerce Remote Ordering module to provide a simple Browser based collection request system accessible by an authorised party, anywhere with Internet connection.
