PROTEUS  Data Extract is a tool that extracts data from files.  Data can be extracted in the form of a journal using CSV. files or using XML as file downloads,  which can then be used in a variety of applications.  Data can be imported in spreadsheets or graphs for example, to be utilised for analysis purposes or as a reporting tool.  Forming part of the the Proteus Business Intelligence suite, data extraction is a simple process that gives higher management a complete overview of their business operation.
