Despatch Management
The Proteus Warehouse Management Solution encompasses Despatch Management. Proteus Despatch Manager allows you split picks at the point of despatch, so that they can be loaded on to a variety of vehicles in a variety of ways. For example if a HGV was expected but a Transit van turned up instead, then part of the pick can be scanned onto the smaller Transit van, with the remainder of the pick scanned on to further vehicles. The system automatically records the changes in the of delivery of that particular shipment. It allows you to scan goods on and off vehicles, should the delivery requirements change. Proteus Despatch Manager gives the Warehouse Manager an overview of all stock despatched and the flexibility to change stock shipping requirements as the need arises, with the system recording all stock movements. |
