Proteus® E-Business Solutions are designed and developed using the Progress OpenEdge™ and Webspeed™ toolset, which combine to provide a ‘thin client’, resilient, high performance solution. Interoperability is provided through the use of XML and SonicMQ messaging technology, to provide seamless application integration and secure messaging between systems. Authorised customers are able to enter orders for seamless processing by the back office order and stock management system, if required. Enquires on the status of existing orders, as well as receiving order status alerts by email can be provided.
