Graham & Brown
Innovation and quality have been the cornerstones of the development of Graham & Brown into a ‘world player’ in wallcoverings market. From its formation in Blackburn, Lancashire shortly after the Second World War by Harold Graham and Henry Brown, a policy of continual investment in technology within its manufacturing and distribution processes has ensured that Graham & Brown has stayed ahead of its competitors. In 1982 the company introduced the first expanded vinyl wallpaper in the UK, Super Fresco Whites, in 1992 the first batchless range of wallcoverings, Super Fresco Classics, and in 2002 the Straight Up range - the first wallcovering where you paste the wall, not the paper. Graham & Brown can justifiably claim to be the most innovative wallcoverings provider in Britain. Still a family run business, now managed by the third generation, Graham & Brown prides itself in creating a partnership with its customers, caring for its employees, being environmentally responsible and contributing to the local community. Today the company’s biggest clients include the large DIY multiples: B & Q, Focus, Fads and Homebase in the UK, Home Depot in the USA, as well as similar companies in France and the Netherlands.
