A comprehensive support package is provided through the Help Line to assist in the ongoing operation of the Proteus® system including:
- Telephone advice service
- New releases of Proteus®
- Incident handling and escalation
A dedicated team of experienced personnel, with application software development and technical skills to respond to queries regarding the Proteus® application and other supported software including operating systems, environmental software and certain complimentary applications, staff the Proteus® Help line.
The Help Line is fully equipped with powerful systems to log and monitor customer calls, and has a range of communications equipment to allow on line support. To keep pace with changes in technology and to ensure that a competitive edge is maintained, new features and additional modules are regularly being added to Proteus®.
New releases of licensed modules are provided as part of the annual maintenance arrangements at no additional cost. A variety of support options are provided to meet the individual needs of our clients.
