Help Line Support
A comprehensive support package is provided through the Help Line to assist in the ongoing operation of the ProteusŪ system including:
* Telephone advice service * New releases of ProteusŪ * Incident handling and escalation
A dedicated team of experienced personnel, with application software development and technical skills to respond to queries regarding the ProteusŪ application and other supported software including operating systems, environmental software and certain complimentary applications, staff the ProteusŪ Help line.
The Help Line is fully equipped with powerful systems to log and monitor customer calls, and has a range of communications equipment to allow on line support. To keep pace with changes in technology and to ensure that a competitive edge is maintained, new features and additional modules are regularly being added to ProteusŪ .
New releases of licensed modules are provided as part of the annual maintenance arrangements at no additional cost. A variety of support options are provided to meet the individual needs of our clients
