Interlink Ireland, the next day delivery service, has successfully gone live with the Proteus Warehouse Management Solution at their 66,000 sq ft sorting hub in Athlone, Co Westmeath.

After selecting the Proteus WMS system, a swift implementation of the software was carried out by the experienced Proteus team. Orders were able to be processed immediately, and went through with no major problems. Proteus senior application consultant, Dave Mills said, “The implementation of the software went very smoothly. The Interlink team were great to work with,  which  made our job easier." 

Interlink identified that expanding their warehouse services in alignment with their parcel delivery services is an important area for growth. However they quickly realised that in order to fulfil their growth plans they would require a Warehouse Management Solution to control their warehousing processes.
