Proteus Software is a privately owned company. We are cash generative, with no debt. In recent years, we have not only funded the buy-out of the Venture Capital shareholders, but have self funded the considerable investment we have made in the PROTEUS^® Warehouse Management Suite and the Graphical Browser User Interface of the PROTEUS^® Financials & Distribution Suite.

Our shareholders are the Management and Staff of Proteus Software and we are fortunate to have as a shareholder and Non Executive Director, the good counsel of Mr Robert Jordan, who has previously be Chairman of companies such as Kalamazoo and Philip Harris.

In recent years, we have made investments in both South Africa and Sri Lanka, which are not currently consolidated into our UK accounts, but are both starting to yield exciting opportunities and results.
