Route Planning & Scheduling

LogiX IE provides an optimising and scheduling capability to other applications.

It does this by "importing" data from an "order pool" in an ERP system, optimising resources, then "exporting" this data back to the ERP system to drive other business processes such as invoicing, CRM systems, warehouse management systems, in-cab GPS devices etc.. The system is not only powerful but also flexible and there are a range of scheduling options which may be used by more advanced users.

In brief, the system facilities comprise:
* Convert order/depot data to DPS formats locating each order/depot within the bounds of the map
* Provide feedback information on the locations and errors via CSV files
* Schedule the orders using all information presented as new routes within the constraints given
* Schedule orders using zone information to create predefined routes
* Schedule orders by adding to existing routes
* Provide Route information via CSV files
* Provide Route information via a set of DBF files
* Spread selected routes over other selected routes
* Re-optimise routes
* Schedule orders by continuing the existing schedule
* Schedule orders by extending routes
* Schedule orders by adding new routes to the existing ones
