Proteus Smart Alerts works in conjunction with Proteus Smart Monitor. Smart Monitor triggers a Smart Alert, which can be discrepancies in warehouse performance or a performance monitor for example. A Smart Alert can be sent as an SMS to your mobile phone, an email to your pc or output to a file. It can be in the form of a report or a simple text message. Smart Alerts can be triggered at anytime, but can also be defined and configured to the needs of individual warehouses and warehousing personnel.They can have a set date and time however the software is so flexible that alerts can be on a minute by minute, daily, monthly or annual basis. Smart Alerts can be set as single alerts, or combined together resulting in multiple Smart Alerts. The parameters can be changed at any time as needs arise.
