Warehouse Management Rules

The Proteus® Warehouse Rules are a series of individual requirements that applies to areas, zones, rows, aisles and tiers of the warehouse and allows the assignment of these rules to product groups or individual stock items.  The warehouse rules are sequenced and this allows the effective control of stock locations, the put-away and picking of stock within the warehouse and which equipment is need or allowed to operate within a particular part of the warehouse or individual bin(s).
